A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 24, 2025 at 3:30 PM (CST), starting at Brummitt
Elementary School, moving to Bailly Elementary School, then to Liberty Elementary School, and
finishing at Jackson Elementary School. Contractors shall meet at Brummett Elementary School.
Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, in order to clarify or answer questions
